Ultimately, coaching is an alliance between you and me to help you reach your goals. Together we will explore who you are on a deeper level and create an understanding of your personality, values, and strengths. Through this understanding and building your confidence, you will be able to use the techniques and tools I teach you to reach your goals in life.
Coaching can involve different types of sessions and my packages below include various different aspects.
Face to face sessions are informal and conversational as we create personal development strategies that can include personal foundations, zones of operation, the behaviour change model and the mindset theory. During these sessions, we set your goals and start working towards them together.
Throughout our coaching journey together, you will be supported at every stage. Regular communication helps to keep accountability as I can gently nudge you in the right direction and continually discuss your growth. We can also set weekly KPIs (key performance indicators) so you can self-assess your journey and mindset.
With my background in fitness and personal training, my coaching can also involve fitness training. These are not PT sessions but we use fitness to discuss and form mindset. I will push your boundaries to help you further discover yourself and your perceived limits. I will train with you, pushing myself too and see the difference mental positive reinforcement can have as you smash those boundaries.
