When it comes to fitness, people often focus on the logical aspects. Dropping numbers on the scales, inches from the waist, or adding KGs to your PB. However, I help my fitness clients tap into the emotional side of the brain and their real reasons for "why".

Is your motivation to lose 8lbs, or is it, on a deeper level, to fit into the dress hanging in the wardrobe you've never worn because it's too tight?

 

Are you lifting weights to brag to your mates about what you're benching, or do you want to improve your physique and gain confidence?

Fitness is an emotional game, so I prioritise how fitness makes me feel over the numbers. This is the philosophy I use with my clients, not just helping them to get fitter, but to feel better. When you feel better, your life gets better.

60-MINUTE

PT SESSION

Block of 6 or 12

While no substantial goals are achieved in just 6-12 workouts, these sessions are an affordable investment into your health and fitness. These sessions are taken over one month with accountability and the extra push you need to reach your goals.

BESPOKE

TRAINING PLANS

A training plan created bespoke for you and your goals for you to follow at the gym and home. This does not include personal training with me.

BESPOKE

DIET PLANS

Diet is an extremely important part of achieving any fitness goal. These plans run for 4 weeks and include calorie and macro targets and a meal plan as an example of the best nutrition for your target.

ACCOUNTABILITY

BOLT-ON

Daily check-ins on WhatsApp for accountability and motivation. You can add this onto any other fitness package to keep you accountable for doing the work outside of the gym too.

6-MONTH

TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE 

An intensive package specifically designed for you as an individual. It comes with face to face sessions (3-4 per week), diet and training plans, and accountability as we both go all-in on your fitness goal for 6 months.
